I once appeared in traffic court over Zoom for a ticket. During the hearing, the judge said, “That’s what’s great about this country.” That comment didn’t sit well with me, and I left the Zoom hearing feeling frustrated. When my next court date came around 30 days later, I appeared in person. The officer who issued the ticket didn’t show up, a different judge handled the case, and the case was dismissed. I still disagree with the first judge’s comment, and I found it unnecessary. The dismissal only reinforced my belief that the case shouldn’t have gone forward in the first place.

On Wednesday 7/01/2026 Sheriff’s Court Services are going to kick in the door and murder a man who has his rent fully paid, because he dared try to request a repair in Orange County. Someone please take a look at 30-2026-01561603-CL-UD-CJ after the fact. You will see that the court allows people to evict a tenant using an alias for requesting a repair and how malicious the court is toward ADA and self represented litigants. You could file pay rent or quit notices on a neighbor you don’t like without any existing contract and there are lawyers like Steven Silverstein who will take this to court, and win. I filed $50k worth of motions trying to get Judge Orellana-Carrillo to read my unlawful detainer…she categorically refuses because of a clear malice toward people with Asperger’s; or those who dare try to exercise their right to habitable premises 1940.1-1940.4 without a lawyer. This answering defendant spent 1000 hours on this case making motions because the court refuses due process. The whole case should have been about 12 hours because this answering defendants Unlawful Detainer response was clear and concise: using 1162, 789.3, 1940.1-1940.4 and 1942.1-1942.5 as defense to the

Hostile and horrible experience. Other party didn’t even show up and they were basically acting like their attorney and was rude / condescending to me. Never coming back here, I came here for help and ended up more traumatized, horrible experience.

Terrible ticket system. They don't snail mail or even email you when you get a VERDICT on your case. You have to manually login to check your case daily. How am I supposed to know that? Bc of this, I missed my window to pay my traffic school fines, and now I got 2 preventable points on my license.

Front Desk Extremely Helpful. Damages of Judge Claustro by his decision can't be amended caused me extreme Problems Outside the Court System. I understand they are Older and I Respect them. Allowing this Lady Betina Yañez in kids cases wasn't best Decision. Caused me Ulcer hung up on me trying Explain. Didn't get to know my Husband. We are separated all this Mess. In a Breaking Tie Authority Officers allowing me to pick my children take to Doctors Father of kids is extremely Manipulative. Trying charge me Child Support.Don't bring Children Casses Here. I had move Out of Orange County all the Harrasment was caused. Restraining Orders weren't going Through.
